Hello Gene
I'm 40 years old and have been a KISS fan since I was about 8 years old.
I get a thrill everytime I see anything on tv or the movies that mentions or has anything to do with KISS.
I recently just seen the movie Role Models with Sean Williams Scott who in the movie is a big KISS fan.
The movie also has the main characters do larp (live action role play) and they were dressed as KISS characters in a midevil battles. It was so cool. I thought you would like to know in case you didn't.

I wanted to thank you for your visit to the fire department in New Hyde Park in November and the phone call while i was camping with the boy scouts, you made my weekend. Also thank you for showing my wife the better side of musicians, she is allowing me to start playing drums again and with a little luck get back in the business.

We are having an ATA (American Taekwondo Association, the largest martial arts organization in the WORLD) tournament March 28, 2009, at Union University in Jackson TN, where Grand Master Soon Ho Lee and Chief Master In Ho Lee will be present. My Instructor is greatly honored to have these two Senior Ranks together at his tournament for the first time ever.
We are so proud of him not for being a great instructor or accomplishing such a star studded tournament, but for his selfless dedication to helping troubled youth through his teaching. So, I would love to give something back. And my way of doing that is to write you and invite you to meet my instructor and his Senior Instructors.
I know he is a KISS fan because one night in class, as he was attempting to communicate with a knew student that is deaf, we debating the meaning of a hand gesture. As I was wearing a KISS tee shirt under my uniform, with a quick flash of the logo, I told my instructor that the hand gesture could mean you were a KISS fan. He smiled and we talked a good while of all the concerts he had been to and the last one with you wearing make-up.
What a great thrill of a life time for us all! I would love to share more with you, but I know your time is limited. Thank you for not just entertaining us all these years but for encouraging us all to be better human beings. Really would love to have you at the tournament, but understand if it is not possible. I know that I tried.

I just wanted to say thanks for sticking up for what you believe in - America. Everyone says they love their country, but it's so hard to find someone nowadays who actually cares about the United States, especially around the music scene. You've got all these rockers running around the world telling everybody how terrible a nation this is and convincing them to hate everything about it, but you aren't falling for that. You understand how great America truly is, and you aren't afraid to say it. We need more people like you - not only in the music industry, but in the world. It would be a much better place.

Just wondering if you were ever going to be in the midwest. My boyfriend is an all time KISS fan. To go further, I sleep under a life size cut-out cardboard poster of KISS (this is my headboard). He is a guitar player and loves to listen and play your music. He has everything from puzzles, dolls, music, and even artwork that he himself has done of the band. If ever in our area, I would like it to be possible for him to meet the great Gene. Keep us posted if possible. It would make it the best day of his life.
