My personal favorite KISS/Gene Simmons song is the live version of "I Love It Loud" on KISS Alive III. In preparation for a recent Nuns show, I danced to that song nude with Kris, the beautiful tall brunette, in The Nuns. My favorite KISS album is definitely Destroyer, and of course, Gene's songs are my favorite songs: "God Of Thunder" and "Great Expectations". But then, I DO love other Gene classics like "Dr. Love".

Gene has been a big inspiration for our live show and our recordings. You might call our stage show a cross between Cabaret and KISS (Kris is actually the Gene Simmons type character, she becomes a vampire and bites me in the end. Blood trickles slowly down my pale white neck onto my 41" DD's as I die... ). We start the show with a black wedding procession, candles and gorgeous goth girls escort Kris and I to the front of the stage, where we are "married". After that, all hell breaks loose in a bondage/fetish/gothic frenzy, with vampire vixens, wildness and whippings!!! Sometimes the girls even take off their clothes!! (They get a bit swept away by the music).

The Nuns songs include "White Slave" which was produced by Grammy Award winning producer Narada Michael Walden. The music combines several musical styles: goth/rock/dance/industrial/pop into a darkly mysterious and memorable sound. Nuns CD's are available at sales@middlepillar.com, or on both Nuns websites:

The Nuns are now working on a reality based sitcom pilot for a MAJOR TV station, which was produced, directed, created, and edited by Mistress Jennifer, (who majored in Film in College), and filmed entirely on the upper west side of Manhattan. The project is now in the programming department, so The Nuns could be storming across your TV screens very soon...
