Gene Simmons greets fans, talks up new soft drink at Chili Wegmans

Chili, N.Y. (WHAM) – It’s not every day you run into a rock star while grocery shopping.

But that was exactly the case at the Chili Avenue Wegmans store on Tuesday afternoon.

KISS frontman Gene Simmons was in town to promote his new soda called Gene Simmons Money Bag.

Simmons teamed up with two fans from Niagara Falls to create the drink. He made a point to come to western New York to launch it.
